Terms of Use

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms govern personal use of Cashforia, provided by LIGSY LLC, Battle Ground, Washington, United States. Read them together with the Cashforia Privacy Policy. Downloading through a store may also be subject to that store’s terms. Questions: info@ligsyus.com.

Cashforia is a life and money simulation game for Android and iPhone. Features and supported operating-system versions are described in the relevant store listing. Visiting this website does not buy access or start a subscription. Cashforia is provided by LIGSY; Google and Apple operate their respective stores.

2. Age and permission

You must be at least 13 to use Cashforia. If you are below the age of legal majority, review these Terms with a parent or guardian and obtain their permission where required. Only make purchases you are legally permitted and authorized to make, using any required parental or store approval. This age requirement is separate from the store’s content rating.

3. A game, not a financial service

All careers, companies, assets, taxes, loans, prices, balances and investment outcomes in the simulation are fictional game mechanics. They are not banking, brokerage, insurance, employment or personalized financial, legal or tax advice. Game money and assets have no real-money redemption value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for real property. Paying for full access purchases access to the game, not investments or game winnings.

4. License and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms and any applicable access entitlement, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Cashforia for your own non-commercial enjoyment. The app, artwork, content and branding belong to LIGSY or the relevant rights holders. You do not acquire ownership of that material.

Do not distribute unauthorized copies, bypass paid-access protections, interfere with systems, attempt unauthorized access, misuse support channels or violate others’ rights. These restrictions do not prevent acts that applicable law expressly allows.

5. Free demo and continuation

The demo allows up to 24 completed in-game months for a life. One turn advances one game month; the game does not wait for a real month to pass. The last free month is settled before the continuation offer. Demo access does not automatically enroll you in a paid subscription.

After the demo, the saved life, budget, assets and rules remain viewable. New turns and ordinary financial operations require full access. You may start another demo after confirming replacement of the active life. Financial defeat can end a life independently of the demo boundary; buying access does not reverse a defeat or promise success.

6. Two ways to get full access

A monthly subscription gives full-game access during the paid period, or a one-time purchase gives permanent full-game access without a monthly renewal. Both apply to the current and new runs and include ordinary game content updates without separate paid expansion purchases. You do not need both products.

US prices are $1.99 per real calendar month for the subscription and $19.99 for the one-time purchase. The store shows the actual local price, billing period and applicable taxes before you confirm. A paid month is a store billing period, not a game turn. Permanent access does not promise compatibility with every device or perpetual development of new features.

7. Subscription renewal and cancellation

A monthly subscription renews automatically and is charged through the store unless cancelled under the store’s displayed terms. Cancel through the subscription settings of the store account used for the purchase. Cancellation ordinarily stops the next renewal; full access continues until the current paid period ends unless the store or applicable law provides otherwise.

Deleting Cashforia or its data does not cancel a subscription. Purchasing permanent access does not automatically cancel a separately active subscription; manage that renewal separately to avoid unwanted future charges. No game month or debt advances merely because real time passes.

8. Restoration and expired access

Use the purchase-restoration option with the same store account. Access must be confirmed by the relevant store; a cancelled, pending or failed purchase does not grant full access. Google Play and App Store purchases belong to their respective platforms and do not transfer between them.

If paid access ends, the local saved character remains; continuing that life beyond the demo requires renewed or permanent access. Restoration restores paid access, not a deleted local game save. A connection to the store is needed to purchase, restore or refresh purchase confirmation. Game time and bills remain paused while access is unavailable; no deadline forces you to pay.

9. Refunds and payment questions

Refunds, billing corrections and cancellation rights follow the relevant store’s procedures and applicable law. These Terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule or remove mandatory consumer rights. For payment problems, consult the store’s purchase history and support, or contact LIGSY without sending full card details. A refund or revoked purchase may end the associated paid-access entitlement.

10. Local saves, updates and availability

You control your device and local saves. Clearing app storage, replacing a life or uninstalling the app can remove progress; system backups may behave separately. See the Privacy Policy for complete local deletion. LIGSY does not provide Cashforia cloud-save recovery and cannot recreate a deleted local history.

We may improve content, balance and software. Updates can change future choices or outcomes; we do not guarantee a particular wealth level, winning strategy or uninterrupted, error-free operation. We do not intentionally charge game money or advance game time because of a real-world pause or an expired subscription.

11. Responsibility and consumer protections

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cashforia is provided without guarantees that it will meet every expectation or work on every device. We are not responsible for treating fictional results as real investment advice. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights or removes remedies you have under applicable law.

If serious misuse affects our systems or others, we may take proportionate protective measures consistent with applicable law and store rules. Such measures do not automatically erase your local save or extinguish mandatory rights.

12. Changes, privacy and contact

We may revise these Terms and identify the current version by its date. We provide additional notice of material changes where required. A change in Terms is not consent to optional personal-data processing. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining Terms apply to the extent permitted by law.
